This diet plan is a fast, whereby you consume a mixture of lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper for the next two weeks. Ideally 6-9 glasses a day is to be consumed, or as much as you'd like to drink.

Capsicum frutescens acts as the nutritional and medicinal catalyst ingredient in this diet plan, which flushes all toxins out of the body. Since the Cayenne Pepper Diet is considered a fast, it is implied that the only thing being consumed during this two week period is the drink mixture. One of the most difficult and challenging parts of any fast is sticking to it. If you've never tried a fast before, you may find this diet too much to bear.

Some dieters mention that they begin to feel drained while using the Cayenne Pepper Diet, but that should be somewhat expected since dieters are cutting back on calories so drastically. However, others do find themselves revitalized while drinking the slimming lemonade. Many people who fast believe strongly that it regenerates their body, and some people who have been on the Cayenne Pepper Diet say that they haven't felt so good in years. Even if you choose not to stick with the diet plan for the full two weeks and are just curious to try it, you'll still notice results from cleansing your system.
