Participants should also make sure not to stray from the eating plan, and they should refrain from eating desserts, white vegetables, sweet potatoes, white onions, potatoes, celery, peas, cereal, carrots, corn, starchy vegetables, bread, noodles, rice, chips, pretzels, fruit and diet salad dressing.
