New Year Diet - The Resolution that Lasts All Year!

New Year Diet We've all been victims of claiming that we'll start the New Year off on the right foot.. on a diet plan. For most of us, by week three, we're back to our old eating habits. Finally, here's a resolution - as well as a diet plan- that is easy to honor! The New Year Diet is a four day calorie controlled plan loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidant-rich foods. You'll get a balanced amount of daily nutrition and feel satisfied while you lose weight on the New Year Diet. For best results, be sure to drink lots of water and to incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise 4-6 times per week, at minimum!

The New Year Diet offers delectable, mouth watering meal selections to awaken your taste buds so that your body always remains satiated. The New Year Diet allows you to repeatedly substitute meals in the plan with other options that are more suited for you. The same rule applies to lunch, dinner and snacks. In addition to these menus, you're entitled to enjoy one "fun food" snack each day. If you choose to skip the New Year Diet fun food, you can add one additional serving of fruit, high quality starch or lean protein. Don't guess weights (i.e. 100g beef), be sure to have a small kitchen scale within arm's length so that your portions are accurate. It is very important to know your calorie intake on the New Year Diet for precise tracking purposes:

  • Breakfast: Approximately 300 calories
  • Lunch: Approximately 400 calories
  • Snack: Approximately 150 - 200 calories
  • Dinner: Approximately 400 calories
  • Fun Food: 150 calories or less

The New Year Diet provides participants with a quick start to weight loss and a realistic lead to a happier life! This diet plan is by no means about deprivation. In fact, you're encouraged to eat all of your favorite foods - even chocolate! The key to losing weight on this diet plan is learning how to make your favorite recipes the smart, low-fat way. You can reduce the fat in your meals by using select, simple substitute ingredients when you cook. As with most diets, be sure to drink tons of water as well as exercise regularly for a satisfied soul and a beautifully sculpted body!
